World renowned Scientists, neuro-scientists, physicists, quantum physicists, biologists, wellness technologists, transpersonal psychologists, neuro-psychologists and experts in neuroscience of high human performance advocate the benefits of neuro-plasticity, growing new neural pathways and re-programming your brain to access infinite possibilities, peak performance and stabilising flow states etc, the list goes on.

UNDERSTANDING THE MECHANICS OF MY SOUL
I grew up in a Buddhist household, Buddhism is a non-dogmatic way of life that is created on the foundational values of kindness, compassion, generosity and gratitude. It's a philosophy that opens one's awareness to the intricacies of the Soul and the infiniteness of Creation.
My maternal grandpa was my first ever (human) spiritual teacher, I remember our conversations when I was only 5 years old.
Now when I look back, I realise that no ordinary five year old, would be able to have these conversations let alone understand them!
Which solidified the fact that I like everyone CHOOSES their family and environments prior to birth so one’s destiny can unfold.
So for me... living from the level of my Soul and understanding the infiniteness of Consciousness and My part in it, has ALWAYS been NORMAL and WHO I AM.
