This is not going to be an in depth article on the energetics behind what causes sickness and or ageing.
Because.... you already know in working with me that SICKNESS is toxic energy such as “fear, grief, shame, guilt” and “chaos” pulled in and held in your body for long periods of time.
These toxins along with “stress” and lack of sleep or lack of restful periods also cause youthfulness to be depleted, resulting in AGEING.
The purpose of this article is simply for you to allow the headline of this article to permeate your auric field and allow it to become your energetic truth.
FALSE TRUTHS ACCEPTED OVER TIME
Over millennia humans have come to accept that sickness is a part of life instead of embracing health.
And similarly you’ve come to accept ageing as being part of life instead of embracing youthfulness as being the norm.
A NEW PARADIGM FOR YOU
Your Body is designed to be Healthy from Birth to Death. AND Youthfulness is your body’s norm if cared for appropriately!
I ask that you allow wholeness and health to be your truth and embrace youthful vigour and graceful movement through the ages; instead of expecting to age with each passing birthday you celebrate. In fact try this little exercise… don’t dwell on the Number of years to define your health or your appearance.
