WHY SELF SABOTAGE IS AN EPIDEMIC & ARE YOU AFFLICTED?

A MASSIVE pattern that has reared its ugly head in today's society, is a pattern of sabotaging oneself..

The actual acts of sabotage are taking many different forms and of course includes every EXCUSE under the sun, however the CORE pattern is EXACTLY the same.

So I’m not simply compelled but DRIVEN by a crazy desire to write this article and I want to share with you some popular symptoms of self sabotage.

As you read this list, ask yourself if you resonate with any or all of them and if you do, make SURE you do YOURSELF a favour and START to destroy these patterns or they will eventually destroy you.

PROCRASTINATION

Do you find yourself procrastinating about getting the help you KNOW you need?

And even if you do have the book, course, session, video etc you PUT OFF consuming the information, the very same information that CAN get you OUT of this spiral of sabotage that you are in?

IN DENIAL

Hmm this is a symptom I find to be quite comical, because you are in total DENIAL about your sabotaging habits, however, EVERYONE around you CAN see it and sometimes DO tell you, but you brush it off!!

You are like the ostrich sticking your head in the sand, pretending nothing is wrong.

BACK TO GROUND ZERO

This is an interesting phenomenon of a symptom and one that is sadly GROWING in occurrence. You do the work you need to do and THEN spiral back to exactly where you STARTED. This is your sense of UNworthiness kicking in and taking you back to your HORRIBLE comfort zone and keeping you SMALL.

THROUGH THE HAZE OF ENVY

This symptom means you look at everyone else who HAS what you want and think it’s easy and ok for them to have it, PLUS you sometimes RESENT them for having it easy and keep asking yourself WHY can’t it be YOU? Here’s your answer Because YOU are SABOTAGING yourself and the ONLY thing stopping you is YOU!

I could go on all day with the various ways your symptoms of self sabotage manifest in your life…. if you are reading this article then you CAN see the core pattern and the ROOT cause of the symptoms…. it’s YOU!!

WHAT NOW?

Do yourself a favour and PLEASE get the help you need.

You CANNOT help yourself out of this HOLE because if you could, you would HAVE done so already.
